QUOTATION

Tour prices in Thailand are in THB (Thailand Baht) and in Indochina are in USD (United States Dollars) and include:
- Regional flights as scheduled - the price of flights may vary without any information at the discretion of the airline
- Domestic flights as scheduled - the price of flights may vary without any information at the discretion of the airline - Domestic airport taxes INCLUDED
- Hotel with breakfast
- Meals as per program
- Transfers and excursions as per program
- ITALIAN speaking guide // in Laos only in Luang Prabang and Vientiane. If available on request in other locations
- Italian assistance for the entire stay
- "URGENCY" telephone number 24 hours a day IN ITALIAN LANGUAGE

For SIC tours:
- The SIC departure is guaranteed with a minimum of 02 participants - SIC programs are HALF BOARD as per program. For Full Board we invite you to consult our Price List in details and add the price of the MEAL in the Hotel.

PAYMENT X NON CREDIT CLIENTS

Individual (from 1 to 9 pax)

Invoice must be paid no later than 45 days before the clients’ arrival. If the booking is confirmed within 45 days of arrival, payment is due immediately.

Groups with more than 10 participants:

First Deposit: 50% of the total before 45 days of the group's arrival (If an advance deposit is required by any suppliers, Planning must request it at the time of confirmation).

Second Deposit: 50% of the total before 30 days of the group's arrival.

*** All bank transfer costs are at Tour’s operator’s expense. Lotus will communicate the actual amount received after the deposit / payment for your information.

*** These conditions are not applicable for Groups with more than 40 participants and for Incentive Groups.

*** In the event of non-payment within the specified deadlines, Asco reserves the right to withdraw the client’s credit line and may refuse new bookings until all outstanding balances have been settled.

GROUP INVOICE

1) REGULAR Groups (SIC):

Rate: base on the number range for each bus.
EXAMPLE: Group of 35 pax:
+ If they use 20 pax + 15 pax – The quotation will be 15-19 pax for 15 pax and 20-29 for 20 pax.
+ If they use 17pax + 18 pax – The quotation will be 15-19 for both of 2 groups.
Note FOC: NO FOC as regular tour do not have FOC
2) Ad Hoc GROUPS:
Rate: base on the number range for each bus.
EXAMPLE: Group of 35 pax:
+ If they use 20 pax + 15 pax – The quotation will be 15-19 pax for 15 pax and 20-29 for 20 pax.
+ If they use 17pax + 18 pax – The quotation will be 15-19 for both of 2 groups.
Note FOC: Following FOC rules with the total of No pax (in this case 2 FOC).

- Children from 2 to 11.99 years : 75% Discount from the total ( Maximum 01 Child Discount per 02 Adults)
Flights
- Children from 0 to 1.99 years (infant) : 75% Discount (no seats)
- Children from 2 to 11.99 years : 25 % Discount from the total
TOURS package
Cost is taken from the sum of Pax ( ADULT + CHD )
Example: 4 ADULTS + 2CHD = 6 pax (cost of 6 pax)
- Children from 0 to 1.99 years(infant) : Free (parents are in charge for the food of the infants and Exclude the flight ticket)
- Children from 2 to 11.99 years:
+ CHD sharing bed with 2 adults : 25% Discount from the total
+ CHD in extra bed sharing room with 2 adults : 10% Discount from the total
+ CHD sharing room with 1 adult : 0% Discount
+ 2 CHDs sharing room with 2 adult : 1st CHD 25% 2nd CHD 10% discount
+ 2 CHDs sharing room with 1 adult : 1st CHD no discount 2nd CHD 25% discount
+ 2 CHDs sharing room no adults : 0% Discount
 
FLIGHT TICKET – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. FOR INDIVIDUAL BOOKING – VN AIRLINES

  • Full names on the passport of all participants are required at time of the booking.
  • All tickets should be issued within 5 days after confirmation.
  • the price can be changed without prior notice by Airlines (till the moment of ticket issuance).
  • Correction of the name, after the ticket issued will be considered as cancelled ticket.
  • Ticket is non re-endorsement and not re-routable.

DOMESTIC FLIGHTS:

  • Cancellation done before 72 hours (local working time) of the departure will be applied a penalty of 50 Usd per ticket (not applied for Peak Season, depends on each country for local season, example for Vietnam, it will be Tet period with the timing of two weeks before Tet and two weeks after Tet).
  • Cancellation done within 72 hours (local working time) of the departure will be applied a penalty of 75 Usd per ticket for flights.
  • No Show will be applied a penalty of 100% per  flights.

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS:

  • Cancellation done before 72 hours (local working time) of the departure will be applied a penalty of 100 Usd per ticket and it can be changed base on airlines and itinerary.
  • Cancellation done within 72 hours (local working time) of the departure will be applied a penalty of 150 Usd per ticket and it can be changed base on airlines and itinerary.
  • No Show will be applied a penalty of 100% per flight

Conditions during Peak Season will be informed by reservation team at the confirmation.

All above conditions are not applied for low cost airlines / online airlines / conditioned tickets and full penalty will be applied after purchased tickets.

 

2. FOR GROUP BOOKING (FROM 10 PAX TO 39 PAX)

a. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

  • Normal procedure , a group booking will be confirmed within 45 days before departure only  with a deposit of 30% of total  amount within 3 working days after receiving the confirmation.
  • To get the confirmation for a group booking within 2 weeks after reservation, a deposit equals 50% of total amount is required within 3 working days after receiving the confirmation.
  • Deposit is non-refundable. Please be informed that they are very strictly on that deposit and we can not delay / postpone for any reason.
  • Final payment is required at least 30 days before of the departure.

b. CONDITIONS

  • Full names on the passport of all participants are required at 35 days before departure to insert in the booking.
  • Ticket is non re-endorsement, non re-route and non changing date.
  • All tickets should be issued before 15 days of departure.
  • The price can be changed without prior notice by Airlines (till the moment of ticket issuance).

c. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • After deposit, we can wash down maximum 10% of total seats deposit without penalty till 35 days before group flight. Any over seat cancelled, deposit of 50% will be forfeited.
  • All unused seats will be released at 35 days before group flight and extra seats, if any (after that deadline), will be confirmed base on availability.
  • Between 34 days and 16 days (before ticket issued), correct name is allowed with the maximum of 5% of the group size. Over that limit, deposit will be forfeit.
  • Between 34 days and 16 days (before ticket issued), any cancellation will be forfeit deposit of 50%.
  • After ticket issuance, forfeit ticket (full penalty). Any amendment name (replace / correct name) is considered as cancelled ticket after issuance (full penalty will be applied).

This is general term and not valid for Peak Season. Booking in the local peak season, conditions will be informed case by case.

All above conditions are not applied for low cost airlines / online airlines / conditioned tickets and full penalty will be applied after purchased ticket.

 

3. FOR BIG GROUP BOOKING (FROM 40 PAX AND ABOVE)

a. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

  • A deposit equals 50% of total amount within 5 working days after receiving the confirmation.
  • Deposit is non-refundable. Please be informed that they are very strictly on that deposit and we can not delay / postpone for any reason.
  • Final payment is required at least 30 days before of the departure.

b. CONDITIONS

  • Full names on the passport all participants are required at 35 days before departure to insert in the booking.
  • Ticket is non re-endorsement, non re-route and non changing date.
  • All tickets should be issued before 21 days of departure.
  • The price can be changed without prior notice by Airlines (till the moment of ticket issuance).

STARTING/ ENDING TIME FOR TOURS/ EXCURSIONS AND COLLECTION OF PARTICIPANTS FOR EXCURSIONS IN SIC BASIC

Those are the basic guide line to understand when the TOURS and EXCURSIONS are starting and when they are ending, knowing that all tours timing can have minimum changes depending on customer habits and traffic that is not always compliant.

EXCURSIONS:
HD Excursion – Morning: Starting between 07:00 and 08:00 and ending at 12:00
HD Excursion – Afternoon: Starting between 13:00 and 14:00 and ending at 17:00
Clients will receive the message for the departure time, with the phone number of the guide. The message will be physically delivered to the hotel, under the door of the room, before 19:30 the day before departure for the activity scheduled the next day.
ARRIVAL FLIGHTS: at least 4 hours before excursion departure (considering the 1st time provided)
DEPARTURE FLIGHTS:
Domestic: at least 3 hours after excursion end
International: at least 4 hours after excursion end

FD Excursions: Starting between 07:00 and 08:00 and ending at 17:00
DEPARTURE FLIGHTS:
Domestic: at least 3 hours after excursion end
International: at least 4 hours after excursion end
